Gem of True Sight, Sentry Ward and Necronomicon are good for scouting out enemy wards. Only build them if you have a mana battery hero on your team or you are rushing Orchid Malevolence. Tranquil Boots are good for the extra movement speed over the Arcane Boots, but it severely gimps your mana pool. The 700 gold price tag is a bit high so only get if you're off to a great start and think you'll have enough map control to rune farm.
